Our Culture

Truesight is a global company with a diverse team, offering the opportunity to partner with some of the world’s leading companies and organizations and to help them solve key business problems.

At Truesight we believe that a job should be about far more than just turning up for the nine to five shift.  Work is so much more rewarding if it’s about exploring new ideas, being inspired by your colleagues, and being encouraged to pursue your personal ambitions – and this is what work’s all about at Truesight Consulting.

We won’t deny that the work is often challenging – our clients ask us to solve some very difficult problems that often have no straightforward answers – but you’ll be rewarded with an environment in which to learn, experiment and grow towards your own individual goals. We value a collaborative and team-based approach to problem solving and encourage contribution to solutions from team members at all levels.

If this environment sounds like one that could be for you, please get in touch.

Application Process

Our people are our most important resource and candidates should be prepared to be challenged

The process is designed to ensure not only that the candidate is right for Truesight Consulting, but that Truesight Consulting is the right environment for you in which to grow and develop.

First round interviews are usually conducted on the telephone or on campus with one or more of our associates. If we feel there is a potential fit candidates will be invited to one of the Truesight offices for more extensive interviews.

The office interviews will be conducted by staff at different levels in the firm, and are designed to better understand your skills and experience and determine whether there is a fit with the firm. In addition to the fit interviews we will also conduct case interviews and quantitative skills testing.

Based on the outcome of these the candidate may progress to a final round of interviews with senior members of the firm, and a potential offer to join.
